• Eligibility: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Non-returnable items: Perishable goods, digital downloads, gift cards, and personalised/custom items are non-returnable unless faulty.

💸 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

🔁 Exchanges

• Need a different size or colour? We offer free exchanges within the UK—just contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t guarantee receipt of untracked parcels.

2. We’ll reply with instructions and a return address.
